Fidecs Engineering is a Singapore M&E contractor delivering integrated mechanical & electrical solutions across the entire project life cycle — from design to emergency repair.

Established in 2012, Fidecs Engineering Pte Ltd provides solutions in mechanical ventilation air-conditioning, dehumidification systems, ductless car park ventilation, electrical control and electrical systems. Our customer base includes Mindef, educational institutions, warehousing and facilities management industries.

Fidecs Engineering is the parent company of Fidecs Building Maintenance and Fidecs Technologies. Our strength: cost-effective, efficient engineering solutions that bring value-added services to every client — experienced in local BCA Green Mark requirements.

Our niche capabilities — explosion-proof air-conditioning, engineering smoke control and ductless ventilation — set Fidecs apart from the rest of the industry.

Director · Business Development

Ervin Chng

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Ngee Ann Polytechnic (1992). Started in ACMV with Libra Enterprises in 1993, delivered large-scale projects as Project Engineer, then electrical engineering fundamentals at Trans Equatorial (1995). At Provac International (1997–2010) he rose from Project Engineer to Project Manager (2001) and Project Director (2005). Ervin pairs technical know-how with deep rapport across main contractors and subcontractors — smooth delivery and timely completion for every Fidecs client.

Director · Operations

Stanley Han

Diploma (Merit) in Mechanical Engineering, Ngee Ann Polytechnic (1999); B.Eng (Hons) Mechanical & Production Engineering, NTU (2003) on a Thermal scholarship. Independently managed large-scale ACMV projects at Thermal, then joined Bintai Kindenko (2007) — one of Singapore's largest M&E contractors — handling projects in the tens of millions. Appointed Head of Operation (Vietnam) 2009–2012, delivering MEP works including the award-winning Indochina Plaza Hanoi. Stanley now runs Fidecs operations and overseas business development.
